Madras Chicken Curry Recipe In 30 Minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion, and sauté until golden brown.

Add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes, cook until soft.

Add 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, and 1-2 tsp Madras curry powder.

Add 500g chicken pieces, cook until browned.

Pour in 1 cup coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Season with salt, garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with rice or naan.
