The Thar Roxx features an angled C-pillar with triangular rear quarter glass, differentiating it from the three-door Thar, while retaining classic styling cues.
The Thar Roxx retains the tail lights' shape from the three-door version, but with slightly updated lighting elements for a fresh appearance.
The Thar Roxx includes a digital instrument display, ventilated leatherette seats, automatic climate control, and a Harman Kardon audio system.
A larger central touchscreen infotainment system enhances the Thar Roxx’s cabin, offering better connectivity and entertainment options than before.
The digital display confirms the Thar Roxx will feature autonomous emergency braking, part of the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
The Thar Roxx will offer two engines: a 174 bhp 2.2-litre diesel and a 201 bhp 2.0-litre turbo-petrol, both with 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
The Thar Roxx is expected in both four-wheel and rear-wheel drive configurations, providing options for different performance and pricing needs.
The Thar Roxx’s base model may start around ₹15 lakh, with the top-spec version priced up to ₹24 lakh, making it a competitive SUV in the market.
Mahindra has prepared the Thar production line to manufacture up to 4,000 units of the Thar Roxx monthly, ensuring adequate supply post-launch.
