Malai Mushroom Curry Recipe

For the masala, grind 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, and 5 green cardamom seeds.
In a blender, add 80gms soaked cashew nuts, 2 tbsp yogurt, and water. Blend to a fine paste.
Blend 100 gms onion, 1 inch ginger, and 3 cloves of garlic to a paste and set aside.
Take a pan and 1 green chilli. Once cooked, add in the onion paste.
Fry the paste and add in the masala. Stir well and add the cashew paste.
Cook the curry base. Add milk. Add in the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cover the lid and cook. Serve hot with parathas.
