Mangalorean Style Rava Fried Prawn Recipe

Ingredients: 250 gms cleaned and deveined prawns, 1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder

Ingredients: ½ cup semolina, ¼ cup rice flour, ¼ tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil, ¼ tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp vinegar, ½ tsp salt

In a bowl, mix red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, and vinegar. Marinate the prawns for 20 minutes.

For the coating, mix semolina, rice flour, and salt. Set aside.

Drain excess water from marinated prawns. Coat in the semolina mix.

Shallow fry the prawns for 3 minutes each.

Serve hot with onion salad and lemon wedges.
