Masala Dosa In 30 Minutes Recipe

For the batter, 1.5 cup rice, ½ cup urad dal, ¼ cup poha, 1 tbsp chana dal, 20 methi seeds, ½ tsp rock salt.

For the masala, 2 cups boiled potatoes, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp chana daal, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, curry leaves.

Rinse the rice and lentils. Soak for 4-5 hours.

Once soaked, grind the mixture. Make a smooth batter. Add salt and leave overnight.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and chana dal.

Add in onions, ginger, chillies, and curry leaves. Add turmeric and hing.

Add in the boiled potatoes. Mash it well.

Season with salt and let it cook.

For the dosa, spread the batter on a tawa. Sprinkle oil and let it cook.

Add in the potato mix and fold. Serve hot with chutney.
