Mughlai-Style Tasty Pulao Recipe

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Bay leaves - 2 Cinnamon stick -1 Cloves - 5 Black peppercorn - 5 Black cardamom - 2 Green cardamom - 5 Rice - 2 cup Water - 2 cups Saffron - 2 tsp

Add chicken to a bowl along with salt, red chilli powder, and lemon juice. Mash it together with your hands to mix the chicken completely with the ingredients. Keep it aside for some time.

Step 1

Now, add some ghee to a pan and roast cashews, raisins, pistachios, and almonds.

Step 2

Take another pan with oil and put the chicken pieces into it. Remove chicken pieces from the pan. Add onion and fry until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste along with cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds.

Step 3

Add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black peppercorn, black cardamom green cardamom, and salt. Saute them well.

Step 4

Add rice and water to the mix and mix it well. Now, put the fried chicken in the pan and mix. Cover it for 10 minutes.

Step 5

After 10 minutes put the fried nuts and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 6

Serve hot with chutney or raita.
