First Look Unveiled for Ganesh Chaturthi 2024

As Ganesh Chaturthi 2024 draws near, devotees are eagerly anticipating their visit to Mumbai’s renowned Lalbaugcha Raja.

The “King of Lalbaug,” located in Putalabai Chawl, is one of Mumbai’s most revered Ganesh idols. 

Adorned with exquisite gold jewels, this massive idol is displayed in a grand pandal for approximately 11 days, drawing thousands of devotees and pilgrims from across the globe.

The iconic Ganpati pandal attracts a diverse crowd, including prominent business leaders, celebrities and even overseas Indians, all eager to pay homage to the majestic Lord Ganesha idol.

The majestic idol was unveiled last evening with much fanfare, ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi 2024.

Lord Ganesha can be seen adorned in a royal purple dhoti with a matching angvastram.

He is wearing several kilos worth gold jewellery and a gold crown weighing around 20 kgs. 

 Darshan at Lalbaugcha Raja begins early in the morning and continues till late at night.

 The organisers of Lalbaugcha Raja will offer live online darshan to devotees who are unable to attend in person. 

 Reportedly, the organisers of Lalbaugcha Raja have teamed up with Jio Mart and Paytm to deliver prasad online.
