No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Biscuits (tea or digestive biscuits) - 800 gm Diced nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) - 1 cup
Chopped chocolate - 120 gm Whipping cream - 1/2 cup

Unsweeten
ed cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Water and sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Butter - 2/3 cup
Crush the biscuits into tiny bits in a container.
Step 1
Toss nuts in a pan for a few minutes and add them to the bowl.
Step 2
Take another container and add sugar and cocoa powder. Mix it while adding butter and water.
Step 3
Stir it well while adding vanilla extract. Get it off the flame and put it aside to cool.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate sorghum over the nuts and biscuits mixture. Mix it well.
Step 5
Grease the cake tin with butter and pour the mix into it. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Step 6
To make the chocolate ganache, in a vessel, empty the cream, let it simmer, and add chopped chocolate to this. Mix it well.
Step 7
Now, pour the chocolate ganache over the refrigerated chocolate biscuit cake. Serve with decorated nuts.
