Nothing unveiled its third smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2a), on March 5, 2024.
Staying true to the company’s transparent design aesthetic, this device is tailored for the budget segment, a departure from the more premium prices of its initial two flagship models.
The base variant of the Nothing Phone (2a) starts at Rs 23,999, equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Additionally, there’s an 8GB+256GB model priced at Rs 25,999, and for those seeking higher specs, the 12GB+256GB variant is available for Rs 27,999.
The Nothing Phone (2a) is available in two colorways: black and white. It will go on sale on Flipkart starting March 12.
Under the hood, the Nothing Phone (2a) gets an 8-core MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS2.2 storage.
As a 5G-capable device, it supports Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6.
On the display front, you get a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 1300 nits. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and supports HDR10+ playback.
For the optics, the Nothing Phone (2a) maintains the dual-camera setup seen in the previous models, featuring a 50MP primary shooter and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, there’s a 16MP shooter for selfies.
Powering everything is a sizeable 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast-charging support. It’s worth noting that a power adapter is not included in the product’s box contents.
