Oats And Nuts Bar Recipe To Lose Weight

Ingredients

Oats - 500 gm Almonds, roasted/crushed -10 Cashews, roasted/crushed - 10 Walnuts, roasted/crushed - 10 Raisins - 10 Peanuts, roasted - 20 Pumpkin seeds - 10 gm Muskmelon seeds - 10 gm Flax seeds - 10 gm Peanut butter - 4 tbsp Jaggery - As per taste Olive oil - To grease

Step 1

Soak the jaggery in warm water until it dissolves. Keep it stirring to remove lumps.

Step 2

Take a pan, grease it with some olive oil, and saute the oats until they turn golden.

Step 3

Add nuts and seeds, after a minute remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.

Step 4

Add peanut butter to the melted jaggery. Mix until well combined.

Step 5

Spread the mix evenly on the plate and refrigerate overnight.

Step 6

Cut out slices in desired shapes and sizes from the refrigerated mix and enjoy.
