4. Facebook: The social network giant founded by Mark Zuckerberg reached 100 million followers in 54 months (four and a half years) to reach this coveted milestone.

5. Instagram: Instagram achieved this milestone in 30 months, or just two and a half years, demonstrating its sustained popularity and the effectiveness of visual content in attracting users.

6. YouTube: The world's largest video streaming platform, now owned by Google, crossed 100 million users in just 18 months, highlighting its status as the top platform for video content and its significant user base. 

7. TikTok: The short-video platform achieved this milestone in just nine months, indicating its strong user engagement and viral content capabilities.

8. ChatGPT: ChatGPT showcased a notable growth rate, taking just two months to amass 100 million users, reflecting the increasing interest in AI-driven platforms.

9. Threads: Threads achieved an impressive milestone, reaching 100 million followers in just two days, equal to 0.07 months, showcasing its explosive popularity shortly after launch.
