Only seven independent candidates enter Lok Sabha

These victories highlight the Lok Sabha results for independent candidates across various constituencies:

In Bihar’s Purnia constituency, Rajesh Ranjan Alias Pappu Yadav emerged victorious. Garnering a total of 5,67,556 votes, Singh won by a significant margin of 23,847 votes.

He won against Janata Dal (United)’s SANTOSH KUMAR.

In Maharashtra’s Sangli constituency, Vishal (Dada) Prakashbapu Patil emerged victorious. Garnering a total of 5,71,666 votes, Singh won by a significant margin of 1,00,053 votes.

He won against BJP’s SANJAY (KAKA) PATIL.

In Punjab’s Khadoor Sahib constituency, Amritpal Singh emerged victorious. Garnering a total of 4,04,430 votes, Singh won by a significant margin of 1,97,120 votes.

He won against AAP’s KARAMJIT SINGH ANMOL.

In Punjab’s Faridkot constituency, Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa claimed victory. Khalsa secured a total of 298,062 votes, leading his nearest rival by a margin of 70,053 votes.

He won against Congress’ KULBIR SINGH ZIRA.

In the Daman & Diu constituency, Patel Umesbhai Babubhai was declared the winner. Babubhai received a total of 42,523 votes, winning by a margin of 6,225 votes.

He won against BJP’s LALUBHAI BABUBHAI PATEL.

In J&K’s Baramulla constituency, Abdul Rashid Sheikh emerged victorious. Sheikh secured a total of 472,481 votes, winning by a substantial margin of 204,142 votes.

He won against JKNC’s OMAR ABDULLAH.

In Ladakh, Mohmad Haneefa was declared the winner. Haneefa received a total of 65,259 votes, leading his nearest rival by a margin of 27,862 votes.

He won against Congress’ TSERING NAMGYAL.
