Paneer Sandwich Recipe Under 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
200g paneer, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chili, 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, salt, coriander leaves
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds; let them splutter. Add onions; sauté until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and green chili; cook until soft. Add crumbled paneer, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
Place the paneer mixture on the unbuttered side of 4 slices. Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat a griddle or sandwich maker. Grill the sandwiches until golden and crispy. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
