Ingredients Paneer, crumbled - 250 gm Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup Capsicum, chopped - 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp Soy sauce - 2 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Coriander leaves - For garnishing Bread slices - 5 Oil - For frying Water - As required

Step 1 For the filling, heat the oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Add the chopped veggies. Mix well.

Step 2 Add the paneer along with soy sauce, schezwan sauce, and salt. Cook it for some time. Garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside.

Step 3 Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them out using a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the prepared filling in the centre of one and cover it with another bread slice.

Step 4 Seal the edges using water, then shallow-fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.
