RBI has asked Paytm Payments Bank to wind down its operations by March 15.
To deactivate it, log in to Paytm app by filling out all the required details.
Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner.
Next, tap on the ‘Help and Support’ option.
Click on the Banking Services & Payments option and select the FASTag tab.
Tap on the “Chat with us” option and register the deactivation request.
To purchase a new one, download My FASTag app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Log in using your phone number and vehicle details.
Scroll down to see the “Buy FASTag” option. Click and purchase.
To activate, tap on the Activate FASTag option.
