Babar Azam may be ousted from his role as Pakistan’s white-ball captain.
As per reports, Mohammad Rizwan may take over the role across three formats.
According to a Geo News report, Rizwan is favourite to replace Babar.
Saud Shakeel, who is Pakistan's Test vice-captain, can also be named Pakistan’s limited-overs skipper.
He was named as one of the skippers for the Champions One Day Cup.
Shaheen Afridi is another name under consideration.
Afridi became the youngest captain to win a major T20 league title.
He led Lahore Qalandars to Pakistan Super League (PSL) title in 2022.
The board may consider Shadab Khan and Mohammad Haris too.
Both Shadab and Haris were named as the skippers for the Champions One Day Cup.
