In a milestone achievement, 16 airport projects are set to be launched.
Out of the total 16, 5 projects are in Uttar Pradesh, with Azamgarh Airport among them.
The remaining 11 projects are situated across various cities.
PM Modi will officially inaugurate these projects during his visit to Azamgarh.
Among these is the launch of a new terminal at Pune Airport.
Additionally, Terminal 1 at Indira Gandhi International Airport has been revamped.
Other facilities are being introduced in cities such as Gwalior, Lucknow, Jabalpur, Aligarh and more.
Gwalior is set to house one of Madhya Pradesh’s largest terminals.
The collective investment in these 16 projects exceeds Rs 12,000 crore.
Foundation stones will be laid for upcoming projects in Hubbali, Kadapa, Varanasi and Belgavi.
