Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium-sized bowl, add Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and self-rising flour.
Form a round ball of dough. PS: It will be a tad sticky.
Roll out the dough ball on a piece of parchment paper to make a thin crust.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on the rolled-out pizza dough.
Add the shredded chicken first.
Follow it up by adding shredded cheese, pepperoni and veggies.
Bake the mixture in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Make sure the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
If you have more toppings to add, it may take a few minutes longer.
