1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp besan 1 cup onions, finely chopped 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped 1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger, julienned 2 green chillies, chopped Salt, to taste 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp pav bhaji masala 1/4 cup water 1 cup paneer, grated 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp kasuri methi 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add besan and roast it well until lightly browned.
Add onion, garlic and cook until soft.
Next, add in tomatoes, capsicum, ginger, green chillies and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add all the spice powders, water and cook until it leaves oil.
Add paneer and cook for about a minute. Then, add water, milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with kulcha, roti or naan.
