Protein-rich Soya Kola Urundai Recipe From Tamil Nadu

   Ingredients    80 g soya chunks    2 tbsp roasted channa dal    1 tsp fennel seeds    3 green chillies    2 red chillies    1 inch ginger    4-5 garlic cloves    1 onion    1 handful coriander leaves    1 sprig curry leaves    1/2 tsp garam masala    1 tsp salt or as per taste

Soak, wash and boil the soya chunks for 5 minutes with some salt.

Then blend it coarsely and keep aside.

Make a coarse powder using all the remaining ingredients.

Now combine, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, the ground masala, and soya chunks. Add salt and garam masala.

Shape them into round balls; bake or air fry at 180° for 12-15 minutes.

You can enjoy the kola urundai with tomato ketchup or chutney.
