Quick Mango Parantha Recipe

Mix 2 cups wheat flour with water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Grate 1 ripe mango. Mix with sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts (optional).

Divide dough into balls. Roll out one ball, place filling in the center, and seal.

Roll stuffed dough into a paratha. Cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until golden on both sides.

Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
