tasty South Indian Style Lemon Rice Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp split urad dal, ¼ cup peanuts, 1 tsp sesame oil

Ingredients: 1 sprig curry leaves, 1 inch grated ginger, 2 finely chopped chillies, 1 tsp turmeric, salt

Heat oil in a pan. Add in mustard seeds, split urad dal, and peanuts.

Once roasted, add in curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, and turmeric powder.

Add cooked rice. Sprinkle salt. Mix well.

Squeeze in lemon and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
