Rahul Dravid denies reports of Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer dropped over disciplinary issues
Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan had been absent from India's squad to face Afghanistan in a three-match T20I series
Amidst their omission, there were reports that suggested that Iyer and Kishan had been dropped due to disciplinary issues
However, Dravid cleared the air on the issue, saying that the duo weren't overlooked due to disciplinary actions
"Ishan Kishan was not available for selection. Ishan requested for a break, which we agreed in South Africa. We supported it," said Dravid
As for Shreyas, Dravid said: "It’s just that he missed out. There were a lot of batters in the team. Shreyas missed out"
