Rajasthani Papad ki Sabji Recipe

Ingredients: 4 papads, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili

Ingredients: 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil ,Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Roast the papads until crispy. Break them into pieces.

Mix yogurt with gram flour. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt.

 Whisk until smooth. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds, let them splutter.

Pour in the yogurt mixture, cook on low heat. Stir continuously to prevent curdling.

Add broken papad pieces to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until papads soften. Sprinkle garam masala.

 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or rice.
