Brazil is ranked ninth in tomato production, with 3,679,169 tonnes yearly production. Farmers here grow various types of tomatoes, including saladette tomatoes, processing tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.

Nigeria produces 3,573,968 tonnes of tomatoes per year. Tomato production contributes significantly to the country's economy and food security.
