Beat the humidity with this revitalizing kokum rose chia seed juice. Here's a simple recipe to make this healthy drink at home.
1 tablespoon chia seed 2 tablespoons kokum powder 2 tablespoons of jeera drink powder 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon rose syrup Grapes (or other fruits of your choice)
Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seed in water until they swell up.
Pour the seeds in a glass and add 2 tablespoons of kokum powder to it.
Add 2 tablespoons of jeera drink powder mix (available in small packs).
Squeeze out 1/2 of a lemon's juice and pour it in, along with 1 tablespoon of rose syrup.
Add fruits of your choice (preferably green grapes) and mix everything well.
Fill the rest of the glass with soda water to give it a refreshing mocktail feel.
