Ingredients 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 cup passion fruit puree 1 cup water Ice
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until all the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a pitcher, stir together the cooled sugar syrup, lemon juice, passion fruit puree and additional 1 cup water.
Chill lemonade and serve over ice.
Ice will dilute the drink slightly to the perfect consistency.
