Refreshing Sol Kadhi Recipe

15-20 Kokum soaked in 1 cup water (8- 10 tbsp Kokum Water once soaked) 1 Cup coconut milk 1 Tsp ginger paste 1 Tsp mild green chilly paste 2 Tsp sugar 1 Tsp jeera powder Salt to taste 1 Tsp finely chopped coriander

Soak kokum in hot water and keep aside for 20 mins.

Grind fresh coconut with water and make coconut milk. Take it through a sieve to get fresh coconut milk.

Add ginger pastee, green chilli paste, salt, soaked kokum juice, jeera powder and sugar to the coconut milk.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy the cool dish.
