Tasty Restaurant Style Dal Makhani Recipe

Ingredients: ¾ cup urad dal, ¼ cup rajma, ½ cup chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Ingredients: 1 cup tomato puree, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 3 cloves, 3 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon

Ingredients: 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp paprika, 2 pinch nutmeg powder, ¼ cup cream

Soak urad dal and rajma overnight. Pressure cook them till they have softened.

Heat butter in a pan. Add the whole spices.

Add in chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, and tomato puree. Saute well.

Add paprika and nutmeg powder. Add the urad dal and rajma along with the water.

Slow cook for 25 minutes on low heat.

Garnish with kasoori methi and serve hot.
