Restaurant-Style Salt And Pepper Chicken Recipe

Marinate Ingredients: 450g chicken, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, corn starch, rice flour, egg

Stir Fry Ingredients: Garlic, ginger, celery, onion, capsicum, spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper

Make a lump-free marinate with all the marinate ingredients. Toss the chicken.

Deep fry the chicken. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, ginger and celery. Fry on high heat.

Add onion and capsicum and sauté well.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and the fried chicken pieces.

Mix well. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
