Pant was even spotted moving without any knee straps.
The video prompted fans to speculate about his possible return to the field.
Delhi Capitals' director of cricket Saurav Ganguly said Pant is likely to take part in IPL 2024.
Pant was last seen in action during the India-Bangladesh Test in December 2022.
