WHAT TO EAT FOR WEIGHT LOSS?

Wheat and rice both include a similar amount of protein, fat, and carbohydrates in their cereals.

Wheat flour has 69.4 grams of carbohydrates, 12.1 grams of proteins, and 1.7 grams of fat per 100 grams.

While 100 grams of rice have 0.5 grams of fat, 6.8 grams of protein, and 78.2 grams of carbohydrates.

Chapati, however, comes out on top when it comes to losing weight. The only significant difference between rice and chapati is in terms of nutritional value.

Rice has less nutritional fibre, protein, and fat. It has more calories and does not make you feel as full as two chapatis would.

Chapatis are healthier for weight loss, but that does not imply you should eat too many of them.

Limit yourself to four chapatis every day. Make sure you eat before 8 pm as eating at the right time is important.
