Start by cubing fresh watermelon and adding chopped mint leaves for a refreshing twist. Squeeze a dash of lime juice over the mixture to elevate its tanginess. Sprinkle some chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
Combine chopped ripe mangoes, probably the last of the season, pineapple chunks, and sliced kiwis. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle some black salt.
Peel and dice the cucumber and melon of your choice like watermelon or muskmelon. Mix them and toss in some fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of black pepper.
