Simple And Delicious Aloo Momos Recipe

For the dough, knead a mixture of 2 cups maida, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp baking powder.

For the filling, mash 5 boiled potatoes, 2 cup chopped garlic chives, 2 tsp pepper, and salt to taste.

Roll out the dough and make small balls. Flatten with a rolling pin.

Place a spoonful of the filling and wet the edges to seal.

Steam for 10 minutes. Serve hot with red chutney.
