Simple And Delicious Coconut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients: ½ tsp oil, 3 tbsp urad dal, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 3 dried red chillies
Ingredients: 1 cup grated coconut, ½ tsp tamarind paste, asafoetida, salt
Roast urad dal, mustard seeds, and hing for 30-45 seconds in oil.
Add dried red chillies. Roast till urad dal is brown.
Add grated coconut. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Grind the mixture. Add salt and tamarind paste. The chutney should be thick.
Store in an air-tight container.
