What Is A Buddha Bowl? A Buddha Bowl is a one-bowl dish that includes a hearty mix of vegetables, protein, and whole grains.

Chicken Buddha Bowl Add shredded chicken, roasted vegetables, and your favourite dressing to a bowl of quinoa. Mix and serve.

Egg Buddha Bowl  Add a medium-boiled egg or a poached egg. Place it on top of your roasted vegetables and cooked wheat berries.

Avocado Buddha Bowl Throw in roasted vegetables to a cup of boiled brown rice. Serve with sliced avocados on the side.

Chickpea Buddha Bowl Take sautéed chickpeas and add roasted vegetables to a bowl. Serve with sliced sweet potatoes and tahini  dressing.
