Simple Paneer Lababdar Recipe

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and cardamom.
Sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Mix in pureed tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
Add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes. Stir in cream and kasuri methi.
Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
