Simple Recipe To Make Delicious Street Food Aloo Tikki Chaat At Home

Aloo Tikki Chaat is a flavourful and spicy snack that originated in North India. Here's a simple recipe to make Aloo Tikki Chaat at home.

Ingredients for Aloo Tikki: - 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed - 1 onion, finely chopped - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup gram flour - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala - Salt, to taste - Lemon juice, to taste - Oil, for frying

 Ingredients for the Chaat: - 1 cup yogurt - 1/2 cup tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup mint chutney - 1/4 cup date chutney - 1/4 cup crispy sev - Chopped cilantro, for garnish - Chopped onion, for garnish

Prepare Aloo Tikki by mixing the mashed potatoes with the chopped onion, breadcrumbs, gram flour, cumin seeds.

Add coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice 

Shape the mixture into patties and fry until crispy and golden brown.

Assemble the Chaat by placing the Aloo Tikki in a bowl, topping with yogurt, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, date chutney, and crispy sev.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and onion. Serve immediately and enjoy!
