Skip the rice! Try dosas made out of these 8 ingredients

Quinoa dosa  High in protein and fibre, quinoa can be used to make a nutritious dosa batter. It gives the dosas a nutty flavour and a light, crisp texture.

Rava bhakri These are one of the oldest varieties of Konkani breakfasts. This also makes for a quick snack option and tastes heavenly with butter.

Instant cucumber dosa This is a variation of the rava bhakri with the addition of grated cucumbers which makes it even more aromatic and healthy along with being delicious.

Oats poha dosa Swap the rice with poha. Soak flattened rice in water or milk and churn it into a paste. Then make dosas the same way as regular ones. Awesome combination with sambar making it a complete meal in itself.
