Ingredients Beetroots - 1/2 cup Dosa batter Ginger, grated - 1 tbsp 2 Cloves of garlic Salt - to taste
Begin by peeling the beetroots.
Create a smooth puree by blending peeled beetroots and adding cumin powder and garlic.
Combine the beetroot puree with your dosa batter.
Mix thoroughly, adjusting batter consistency with water as needed.
Heat a dosa pan, and as soon as the dosa starts turning brown, flip it to cook both sides.
Serve and enjoy your vibrant and flavorful beetroot dosa with coconut chutney and sambar.
