South Indian Vegetable Idlis Recipe for Kids

Prepare Batter: Use 2 cups of idli batter (store-bought or homemade).

Chop Veggies: Finely chop carrots, beans, capsicum, and spinach (or any kid-friendly veggies).

Mix Veggies: Add veggies to the idli batter, along with a pinch of salt and turmeric.

Grease Idli Molds: Lightly grease the idli molds with oil.

Pour Batter: Spoon the veggie batter into each mold.

Steam: Place molds in a steamer and cook for 10-12 minutes or until fluffy.

Cool and Serve: Let idlis cool slightly, then serve with coconut chutney or ketchup.
