South Indian Vegetable Idlis Recipe for Kids

Prepare Batter
: Use 2 cups of idli batter (store-bought or homemade).
Chop Veggies
: Finely chop carrots, beans, capsicum, and spinach (or any kid-friendly veggies).
Mix Veggies
: Add veggies to the idli batter, along with a pinch of salt and turmeric.
Grease Idli Molds
: Lightly grease the idli molds with oil.
Pour Batter
: Spoon the veggie batter into each mold.
Steam
: Place molds in a steamer and cook for 10-12 minutes or until fluffy.
Cool and Serve
: Let idlis cool slightly, then serve with coconut chutney or ketchup.
