To begin the preparation of this breakfast meal, you must pour the oats into the mixer and grind them.
Add cumin powder, baking powder, baking soda, and wheat flour to the mixture.
Take another bowl and add buttermilk, egg, and chopped onion. Mix the ingredients well.
After preparing the batter, you must add this to the dry mixture of oats.
Add chopped carrots, capsicum, and salt as per taste and mix.
After preparing the batter for the oat pancake, place a pan on the gas and pour some oil in it as per your requirement. You can also add butter to the pan if you want to avoid oil.
When the oil or butter becomes hot, pour one tablespoon of oats solution. Cook until bubbles start appearing on the surface.
Turn and cook the other side until it turns golden brown.
After it attains a golden brown colour, you must take it out on a plate. You can serve it hot with sauce or green chutney.
