Spicy Rajasthani Style Garlic Chutney

Ingredients: 2 bulbs garlic peeled and chopped, 8 red chilli peppers chopped, 1 tomato chopped

Ingredients: ½ tsp cumin, salt, oil, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, water

Coarsely grind your garlic, red chili peppers, tomatoes, cumin seeds and salt. Mix water.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chutney paste.

Add kashmiri red chili powder and turmeric powder. Saute well.

Add water and cook till oil separates. Serve with parathas.
