Sugar-free Multiseeds Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients

 2 tbsp roasted flaxseeds    2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds    2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds    2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds    1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats, roasted and coarsely ground    5 tbsp chopped black seedless dates    1/4 tsp cardamom powder    1 tsp ghee

 Combine all the roasted seeds in a mixer jar and grind it to a coarse powder.

 Heat 1 tsp ghee in a deep pan, add chopped dates and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the powdered seeds, oats powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Remove in a plate and cool it slightly.

Divide and roll each portion to make 10 ladoos.

Store the multiseeds ladoo in an air-tight container and use as required.
