Khalid Kail top-scored for Oman by amassing 34 off 39, before being caught and bowled by Wiese.
As for Namibia, Jan Frylinck was their highest run-scorer with 45 runs off 48.
Nikolaas Davin and skipper Gerhard Erasmus also contributed 24 (31) and 13 (16) respectively.
