Netherlands limited Nepal to 106 runs and later chased it down with 8 balls remaining on Tuesday (June 4) at Dallas.
Max O'Dowd's unbeaten half-century and Vikramjit Singh's 22 off 28 led Netherlands to chase down the total comfortably.
Earlier, Tim Pringle and Logan van Beek's three-fers, with an economy of not more than 5.00 demolished Nepal.
Paul van Meekeren and Bas de Leede also picked two wickets each, getting Nepal all-out in 19.2 overs.
After a failed top-order effort, skipper Rohit Paudel's 37-ball 35 provided Nepal some stability, before Pringle sent him back to the pavilion.
Gulsan Jha's 14 (15) and Karan KC's 17 (12) helped Nepal reach a total of 106, but that clearly wasn't enough to win.
