Choose a light-weight sunscreen  Sunscreens are usually oily so pick one that is non-sticky for this weather. Be mindful of your skin type while picking a sunscreen.

Cleanse your face twice a day Cleaning your face twice a day helps remove all impurities and oil from the face. This helps the skin to stay healthy.

Avoid eating spicy foods Spicy and oily food increases oil production in the skin. This can lead to oily skin and pimples or zits. Avoid eating such foods in monsoon.
