Peda is a simple yet delightful sweet. Try this tasty peda recipe at home.
Ingredients Khoya - 1/2 kg Ghee - 1 cup Powdered sugar - 1/2 kg Elaichi powder - As per taste
Step 1 You can make fresh khoya at home by continuously boiling and stirring milk till it becomes thick. The khoya is cooked when milk becomes dry-lump-like.
Step 2 Put the ghee and khoya in a pan and saute till brown.
Step 3 Mix in the elaichi powder and leave to cool. When cooled down, mix powdered sugar till well blended.
Step 4 Form into desired-sized rounds and serve.
