Tasty and HEALTHY BREAD PAKODA RECIPE

For the stuffing, boil 1 potato and 2 raw bananas. Mash the two.
In a pan, add the mashed mixture and add in salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 chopped green chilli, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
For the
pakoda
, take 3 tbsp besan and add salt to taste and 1 tsp red chilli powder.
Add water and make a medium-consistency batter.
Cut the bread into triangular pieces. Spread green chutney and add the mixture.
Cover with another slice and dip it in the besan batter.
Shallow fry it in a pan or fry it in an air fryer.
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
