Tasty and Simple South Indian Ragi Dosa Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup ragi flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,

Ingredients: 1/2 tsp salt, water as needed, oil for cooking 

Mix ragi flour, rice flour, yogurt, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, and salt in a bowl

Gradually add water to form a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle

Cook until the edges turn golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
